Due to the nature of our handcrafted herbal products, all sales are final.

For the safety and hygiene of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Herbal teas
• Tinctures
• Body oils
• Soaps
• Bath soaks
• Honey products

Any opened or used items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
