- How should I store my products?

Keep tinctures and bath soaks tightly sealed and soaps on a draining soap dish between uses to extend their life.
- How long do your products last?
Approximate shelf life:

- Tinctures: 3–5 years when stored properly
- Body Oils: 6–12 months
- Bath Soaks: 12 months
- Handmade Soaps: Best used within 12 months
- Can I take your herbal products while pregnant or nursing?

Not all herbs are appropriate during pregnancy.
- Can children use your herbal products?
Yes, most products may be appropriate for children, while others are formulated specifically for adults, such as the tictures that are created with alcohol instead of glycerin which is more suitable for children and adults that are sensitive to alcohol. Always read product directions and consult your child’s healthcare provider if you have questions.
- Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted wellness products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can make it right.
- How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and carrier.
- Do you offer local pickup?

- Are your soaps made with lye?
Yes. All true handmade soap is made using lye during the soap-making process. Through proper formulation and curing, no lye remains in the finished bars. So no, you will not have Lye in your fully cured soap bars.
- Why do my products look slightly different from the photos?
Because every item is handcrafted in small batches, natural variations in color, texture, and appearance are expected and are part of what makes each product unique.
